Have tried to go down the refund route this morning, after the email from gigsandtours.com, however when clicking the link and selecting Refund Request I get this...

We regret that we cannot exchange, refund, transfer or return tickets unless the event in question is cancelled or details of the event are significantly changed (for example venue, date etc).

Glad you managed to get your money back, initially they were refusing point blank!
Article on the ABC website quotes a 44 year old who took his 10 year old daughter to the Lisbon show and was disappointed because he "wanted her to see the original band.". Hmmmm.
