Ive not idea what it is and I have a friend who is a metal nutter he isn't quite sure either and suggested the following:

The music behind the talking? Put it this way, it's not on any of the 5 major Pantera releases and the guitar tone is too heavy for it to be the pre-heavy/80's glam era of Pantera which narrows it down to rather an obscure Damageplan track off their only album or likewise the Rebel Meets Rebel project Dimebag also played guitar on

Be hugely greatful if you could help me out on this.

Just Youtube all of the Damageplan tracks, it does sound like something off that record.
