If you like LG and perhaps the XX, try listening to Arthur Beatrice

Apple Music suggested them to me and I like :-)

Just a heads up for anyone who hasn't seen it - though not quite a gig - they're playing at TRNSMT Glasgow on the 7th of July. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, as it happens.

Another heads up. They're just about to release a new album finally, and they're also touring in a lot of places.

seen them a couple of times so will wait till Glastonbury I think

from what I've heard I doubt I will like the new album as much as the first, seems slower tempo

I'll be doing the same, unless they clash with Foo Fighters, Future Islands or Goldfrapp (my must-sees). LG were incredible last time they played Glasto, a perfect end to the festival.

Agree that the new stuff isn't quite as good as the first album, seems like they've gone with the same formula as the slower songs like If You Wait/Interlude without anything upbeat as a contrast. Still got the album on pre-order though!

I'm also a Bear's Den fan, so seeing both in the same place is a huge bonus smile

Ha! That's EXACTLY why I was looking! There's a couple of others going I want to see as well.

I may end up just seeing Bear's Den a few days later at their own gig in Stuttgart, but no plans made yet. I've seen Bear's Den already this year, but am keen to see them again!

Never seen them myself (yet!) but we had one of their albums playing at our wedding (RE&PR)

Cracking album! The earlier stuff is great as well, and what got me in to BD initially. I've got every album in the car at the moment!

Sorry for the derail everyone.

London Grammar have a few more dates going on sale next week for October.

They've booked some ok sized venues too; Colston Hall, Birmingham 02, Eventing Apollo. They will sell out very quickly!

Yep, saw that. They're around £35 a ticket.

Unfortunately, I can't make it, as I'm likely to be on holiday at that time - else I'd have headed to Colston Hall.
