Crosby Stills and Nash. (From time to time if not continuously....until last year anyway.)

Weren't they originally Crosby, Still, Nash and (Neil) Young? They've also had various keyboard players, drummers, etc.

Stone Roses?

Did have a few different members in the early days while playing under different names but the members that toured in 2016 are the same members that released both albums.

Apparently part of the secret is to split the royalties evenly, avoids money trouble. This is U2's secret.
Didn't help The Stranglers - all their stuff was credited to the band precisely to avoid money squabbles, but Hugh Cornwell still left.

I'm sure there's another Duran Duran member that's no longer in the band, but I can't remember which one.

A circa 20 year hiatus though (and a dodgy Reading festival appearance in 1996 where it was Ian Brown and a few of his mates).

Radiohead?

I was thinking the Charlatans, but then the drummer died recently and has presumably been replaced (and of course Rob Collins in the 90s, but I'm not sure if he was or not)

Manic Street Preachers - lost one member but the other three are original.

U2 are probably the winners as they have never split and have been consistently touring and releasing music over a period of getting on for 40 years.

Andy Taylor and John Taylor both left then returned. Andy Taylor then departed again. Stephen Duffy was the original lead singer. I' m sad

No, Neil Young joined later when they were known for a while as CSN&Y, and like many bands they've had additional session musicians (eg Dallas Taylor and Greg Reeves) but by definition CSN was always just Crosby Stills & Nash

Duran Duran, Madness?

It's usually the front frontmen that survive and the background which changes....
Simon Le Bon wasn't in Duran Duran from the start
Didn't Andy Taylor leave DD

Also Woody is no longer in Madness.

Muse. 22 years.

Reckon it's more likely to be a 3-piece; they'd be less likely to continue with the loss of one member that a 6-7 piece band.
Rammstein also started in 1994, and I believe have all 6 original memmbers, though you can't really call them a 'chart' act.

ZZ Top debut album was 1971, they'd been going a couple of years before that, had their most recent album in 2012

Not quite, Brian Jones died in 69, replaced by Ronnie Wood, you had Ian Stewart on keyboards, and a bunch of others in the early 60's

Replaced by Warren Cuccurulo, an ex-Zappa alumni. What was he thinking? Must have been the money; he stayed for 12 years.

Was thinking ZZ Top, but the tricky part is, when did they become 'ZZ Top'? According to wikipedia (I know!) their line up was different when they formed and used that name. Although the current line up was the one which signed their first record deal and released their first album. They had released a single in 1969 as ZZ Top with the original line up.

U2 apparently had another couple of members when they formed, but under a different name. I think the U2 name has only been used since they were the current quartet.

I presume you meant Eurythmics, they split up in 2005 so fail the current criteria. Likewise, Motley Crue have split up.

Aerosmith have at least three former members - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aerosmith
