Kraftwerk Tour UK 2017

Tickets were on sale from 0900 when info clearly stated 1000.
Got to 29th in the queue for the Colston Hall (Bristol) then at 1003 I got booted out of and couldn't get back in.
Many reports on Twitter of Colston Hall purchases going through then being booted out at confirming T&Cs, unconfirmed sales, confusion around if they have tickets or not... and they wonder why the venue gets bypassed.
Not feeling the Computer Love this morning....

Looked like the two Ireland shows were on sale from 0900. Couldn't see any English shows on sale from 0900 though. (Was trying, just incase).
I wonder if the rush for the Irish tickets made the websites jam, looking like all the tours tickets were on sale.
Mine went through bang on 1000.
Logged on to Bristol Colston Hall 5 minutes before sales were due to start, and found there was a queue operating that I was now 1084th in.
Got through twice on the phone, but was then dumped to an anonymous voicemail rather than the box office.
I guess there are things you can do to improve the chances of getting tickets, but in the end it's a bit of a lottery.

Got a ticket for the RAH 22 June date, it was as difficult as usual for their UK dates and got the ticket via the RAH website
Really wanted a Colston Hall ticket but had the same experiences as everyone else, it'll be a great venue to see them in if you were lucky. Seen them 5 times before and they are really good live, the 3D show is excellent if you've not seen it before.
Think it will struggle to be better than the Amsterdam Paradiso in 2015 or the Manchester Velodrome 2009 gigs though.

I saw them at Manchester Velodrome back in 2009. The only reason I managed was because I have a friend who's in the music business who was going with another friend who's also in the music business and a friend who's a music journalist. Between the three of them they had four tickets and I was the first person my friend phoned to offer the spare one. Never been successful in getting tickets for any of their gigs when I've had to go through the usual channels.
I managed to get one more by luck than anything today. Had 4 machines open on the colston hall website well before 10am. Managed to book a ticket make payment told me the transaction was over but then the page timed out and dumped me back to their main page. No email or confirmation. I phoned my bank and no payment had been made. Phoned to complain but couldn't get through to the box office. Finally spoke to them at 2pm and the lady sold me a ticket over the phone. She said lots of transactions were incomplete and cards being declined so despite them saying it had sold out they still had tickets available. £80 but possible a once in a life time event for me. Can't wait.
