I need to try and properly listen to that last album to appreciate it more. Some of the more power-metalish stuff from earlier on is good for this, like Wishmaster. Some slower ones, but great for driving, Song of Myself and Last Ride of the Day. Best on the Wacken live album.

Quite a lot that have been mentioned seem far too slow to crash to imo. You want something with a bit of pace that doesn't let up throughout the track.
