Thanks for that managed to get two tickets - I'd completely forgotten about being able to get them via pre-sale!

Frank Carter & the rattlesnakes, tonight in London somewhere. Saw Gallows and they were fantastic. Haven't heard a note of this band's stuff so bit of a gamble.

Apparently Bush are going to tour the UK this year.

Going to go for nostalia's sake. Bloody love their early stuff! Sixteen stone is one of my favourite ever albums.

I saw them years ago back when High Voltage was new, they were great then. Hope they're as good now.

Just back from Ghost. They put on a great show! Support act sucked and so did the crowd but never mind.
Saw them in Leeds on Tuesday. Really didn't understand the support act.

DragonForce are doing a UK tour in October. Might go to the Sheffield date, been 11 years since I last saw them

I saw them in Glasgow last night, they were excellent - only my second time seeing them (the other was at Leeds Festival in 2015).

I'm hoping that they are the final Bloodstock headliner, that'll be worth a day ticket to me, alas, I hear that Five Finger Deathpunch are sadly in the mix frown

Gig plans, going forward:

Bruno Mars, Glasgow, April
Ed Sheeran, Glasgow, April
Iron Maiden, Manchester, May
KISS, Glasgow, May (I think it's in May, will have to check)
Iron Maiden, Aberdeen, May
Hellfest Open Air Festival, Clisson (France), June
Blink 182, Aberdeen, July
Eminem, Glasgow, August
Metallica, Manchester, October

Shall be looking for a day ticket to Leeds Festival in August to see Muse too - they play the day after Eminem does Glasgow so it'll be a swift drive down the M74/M6 to Leeds for them smile

Gutted to be missing Eminem. I would love to go to Reading to see him, but I'm already down at Victorious. Jealous of that!

I'm 28 so his music was a bit part of my earlier days, I haven't seen him before, can't wait!!

Same for me! I'm 32 and still remember his first widely available track coming out when I was late in to my secondary school years. I am sorely tempted to hotfoot it up to Glasgow or Leeds on my own!

I never particularly liked Gallows, but The Rattlesnakes first album is awesome - watched at download this year and Carter is a great front man, it was epic, hilarious and emotional all within like 40 minutes. Hope you had a good time.

Glad I wasn't the only one not enjoying the support act.

I'm thinking of going to DragonForce... can't believe how small the venues they are playing have got... I saw them main stage in Download in 2006 and in Great Hall Cardiff Uni in maybe 2008 or 2009.

It should have been my second time but they had to cancel Download last year. Quite humorous as there was a typo that suggested Ghost were "unable to preform", which I thought they would quite like.

I don't get how FFDP get such high slots, but then the only song I've ever heard was "The Pride". Which is basically a heavy metal remix of the Team America theme tune.

Them cancelling for Download was a real kick in the nuts for me, I was really disappointed - st happens I guess. I saw them at Leeds in 2015 and they were smashing!

I dislike FFDP - they're ste, their music is crap and their wannabe hard man image is just desperate IMO
