Now, first off I never have been a big fan of The Rolling Stones. Not sure why, just never been really taken, but getting older I'm starting to get into them - guess I'm in my fifties and starting to look about as old as them!!!

But this sounds great - getting good reviews as well. Especially for Jagger's voice.

(Also has Slowhand on there somewhere)

Released this Friday - some tracks pre-released on Apple Music

I'm old enough to have accidentally bought every album they've ever made, because I love the blues, and so do they... https://www.youtube.com/watch?list=RDPE-P15qCIqQ&a...

I just had a listen. I saw them in the 60s, liked them, but never at the top of my list although some songs really stand the test of time, bit like them.

Listening to 'Hate to see you go' - I know it's an old blues riff, but sounded familiar.

At the same time I was well into Fleetwood Mac (always have been). Had to be something by them.
Got it!
Danny Kirwan's 'Like it this way.' The one where Kirwan breaks a guitar string.

Just have to love John McVie in the Mac vid. Spaced out or what?

Anyway, both songs, Stones first.

^^^ Yup - love the ("Proper") Mac too.

Stones is polished, with high production values and snazzy video work, but comes out second in that contest as far as I'm concerned!!
