Easily reduced to tears?

Regards my mentions of the Moody Blues 'Nights in White Satin' - I'd forgotten this: back in the 70s I watched many groups live and recall Barclay James Harvest getting tagged the 'Poor Man's Moody Blues'. Then they came out with this!. Worth a listen ALL THE WAY to the end. I put it on last night and my wife said 'Is that the Moodys?' LOL
The first comment says 'moved to tears'.
Sadly line up changed, like Wishbone Ash arguments between the two lead protagonists going separate ways with their versions of the band.
And if you want to hear the most OMG! record ever, listen to 'Suicide' by the same group.
Christ!! First time I've listened to it in ages, nearly 8 mins... don't listen if you have bad thoughts.... it should have a 'warning'.
Great shout, BJH are a massively under-rated band. The first comment says 'moved to tears'.

But all these songs pale into insignificance (for me anyway) when I recently watched the last episode of M*A*S*H again for the first time. If you remember the scene with the Korean lady with her chicken on the bus, you'll know what I mean.
I've always felt that M*A*S*H was the best tv programme ever made, but I don't understand why people think it's a comedy, because scenes like that show you it's not.And the episode where Hawkeye remembers being pushed into a lake by his brother.

George Jones “He stopped loving her today “ , poignant powerful lyrics with a simple waltz sound.
One of the best if not the best classic country songs right there, an amazing song from friends' perspective of a guy's love and regret finally being laid to rest when he passes awayHere's another from him that gets me, I'm lucky to still have my mum but this makes me think of her:
I am 68 and there is a few songs which i found back in 2020 when my mum died which have this effect on me.One more light by Linkin park,The rose (the cover by Leanne Rhymes and the gay mens chorus of Lps Angeles and one i have literally just listened to which is scorn not his simplicity as covered by Luke Kelly now sadly dead.
