BT - This Binary Universe

It's more of an experience than music I guess, but it's pretty good watching the DVD with the DTS soundtrack.

I bought Audioslaves 'Revelations' last Wednesday. It reminded me how much I used to love this band and started looking for tour information as I want to see them live, except they then broke up on Thursday. B0ll0cks.

I love Chris Cornell's voice but I thought that Revelations was rather formulaic compared to their first... Sad news though, they were a great live band.

Not necessarily. Chris Cornell has left, and Rage is reforming with Zack. No mention of whether Audioslave will continue with another singer.

But Chris Cornell is Audioslave.... another singer wouldn't be right.

I got to see them a couple of years ago - they were very good live, even played a few of Soundgarden and Rage Tracks...

Last album i bought was James Morison - very very good, great soulful voice.

On their way from Play.com soon after a bit of a buying session on saturday is:

Kaiser Chiefs - Yours Truly, Angry Mob
ELO - Out Of The Blue (Limited 30th Anniversary Legacy Edition)
Stone Temple Pilots - Core (my old copy was too fecked to play anymore)
Rage Against The Machine - Rage Against The Machine (same reason)

Also Pre-ordered the new Linkin Park album

I'd agree with you on that one... I'm still pissed off Soundgarden split up...

I am guessing that soundgarden are unlikely to ever reform. IIRC when they split it was far from amicable....

Yep (I don't think they ever would), doesn't stop me being pissed off that I never got to see them live though...
