You remind me of myself. I have my "core" genres I listen to, but overall it is whatever catches my interest across any genre. By the way, Cypress Hill Temple of Boom rules!

35.

Rock & metal, nothing very recent, particularly love NWOBHM. Priest, Saxon, Maiden, Samson etc. Also enjoy AC/DC, Zep, Kiss, 80s glam and hair metal etc etc.

Pop to a certain extent, though nothing too recent, obviously.

Classical & Opera, but onyl fairly mainstream stuff - Beethoven, Puccini, Mozart, Orff, etc.

Folk/Trad/Folk Rock - Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span, Jethro Tull's more 'folky' stuff (though I like all their stuff pretty much), Kathryn Tickell, Seth Lakeman

Just got into Jazz and really enjoying it, but only really listened to Miles Davis, Thelonius Monk, John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderley, Sonny Rollins etc - i.e the more obvious black artists from the 50s/60s.

Some dance/trance etc, but not much.

Further to my previous post, I'm now 30.

I felt it important to let you know that I now listen exclusively to Cliff Richard, Harry Belafonte, Burt Bacharach, Henry Mancini and Dusty Springfield.

It was, I must confess, entirely unexpected. I have a strange compunction to buy cardigans with leatherette elbow patches and a pipe.

Yes, yes. I'm pissed about turning 30.

I'm 24 and have a very keen interest in all types of music these days, apart from rap or this new underground grime crap.
Back in my school days, i used to listen to alot of stuff by 'Mark EG', to which i still occassionly listen too, to remind me of the good days. As pictured here:

The other names of people and groups that interest me to listen too at this present stage are,'Metallica, System Of A Down, Pendulum, Crookers, Tidy Boys, Bloody Beetroots, Prodigy, Chemical brothers & many more.
