Digital Download Sites

To cut a very long story short, my band is coming close to the release of our first single and album. In addition to physical CDs and vinyls in the shops, obviously we want an online sales presence too - on the iTunes Store etc...

It's my delegated job to look into this avenue, so I'm after:

a) any site you've used to buy and download music from i.e. iTunes, Napster... I'm sure there's dozens, but I've only ever used one - so I'm bound to forget some obvious ones. If you've used it, please post it up, and I'll add it to my list.

b) any information anyone might have about dealing with said websites and getting their product out there on the marketplace - how it works, who to email... Are there agents out there who specialise in doing a bulk deal with every download site...?
