I think what I meant was, I know it sounds odd and not the norm to move from the traditional method, but serioulsy it does sound good. Obviously not gigging material and can never replace a good quality valve head, but perfect for practice and just enjoying ones playing. I believe it's easily on par with mid range guitar amps if not better. Some may scoff at this setup, but If you heard it I think many would be surprised how good and versatile it can be. After all, its still an amplifier and a pretty decent make too, capable of boosting a signal, that's all I'm doing. And the Line 6 gear stuff is st hot at effects these days getting pretty darn close to the original equipment.

I have to say I'm a bit of a purest when it comes to guitar amps and any time I hear the words "Line" and "six" in the same sentence I immediately lose interest. I tried one once and I just couldn't get a sound I liked from it. But this is of course personam preference. I don't like avocados either.

But hey, Dime Darrel used a solid state Randall for a time so if it was good enough for him...
