He had an unbelievable amount of great songs.
My favourites (at the moment) are probably "off the wall" and "who is it" (great moody tune that reminds me of the old days).

That's fantastic news. I thought he wouldn't do it looking at the iTunes charts.

Answer to thread title in bold if you don't want to read the rest of my nostalgic claptrap.

Being slightly younger (23), Dangerous was the first MJ album I got - so Dangerous is one of my favourites. Been going through his back catalogue ever since he died though - there truly are too many good tracks to pick a real favourite!

I remember my dad had BAD in the car when I was very young, and the slash tracks compilation/single, both on cassette.

I've been watching a few of his live performances on Youtube recently, I strongly recommend it - pretty impressive stuff.

I'm in too minds about them releasing a DVD of the rehearsals though. In 2003 he was still dancing like the best, but I fear he might look a bit frail in the most recent bits (and a bit scary in the facial area!)

Same here.

If I listen to ANY of the tracks off it now, it brings an instant smile to my face...

My absolute favourite MJ song is Will You Be There, absolutely brilliant and very underrated.

As for more upbeat songs, probably Beat It or Dirty Diana.

It is great. A little bit of trivia for you, when Princess Diana went to see MJ on his 1997 tour, he removed the song Dirty Diana from the set list in respect for her.

Well I guess he set the trend there as well then. They all seem to go that way now.
