Sebastian Tellier - La Ritournelle

Oh nothing’s gonna change my love for you
I wanna spend my life with you
So we make love on the grass under the moon
No one can tell, damned if I do
Forever journeys on golden avenues
I drift in your eyes since I love you
I got that beat in my veins for only rule
Love is to share, mine is for you

The Beloved - Deliver me

deliver me, out of my sadness
deliver me, from all of the madness
deliver me, courage to guide me
deliver me, strength from inside me

all of my life i was in hiding
wishing there was someone just like you
now that you're here
now that i've found you
i know that you're the one to pull me through

deliver me, loving and caring
deliver me, giving and sharing

Ben Harper - Not Fire, Not Ice...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bx88uQO_Ork

There is not a river wide
Not a mountain high
And neither sin nor evil
Could change how I feel inside
Could change how I feel inside
Not all the strength of the ocean
Not all the heat from the sun, from the sun
Now, others have tried, I just can't deny
To me you are the one
To me you are the one
The true love is priceless
For true love you pay a price
But there's nothing can keep me from loving you
Not fire no not ice
Not fire no not ice
Like a hero or a champion
You are the best, you're the best
Like religion or superstition
With you I am blessed
With you I am blessed
Now the river may grow wider
The mountain may reach past the sky
And wether or not you feel same
My love shall never die
My love shall never die
The true love you give and take
The true love is sacrifice
But there's nothing can keep me from loving you
Not fire no not ice
Not fire no not ice

how about:
diana krallChet Baker - that old feeling
Edited for purposes of not sucking the soul out of a beautiful tune. Diane Krall is a poor singer who tries to play piano like Bill Evans and fails. There are way too many great jazzers out there to waste your ears on that!

OP: Regina Spektor has some nice lovey dovey tunes like The Calculation and Fidelity and Chet Baker's "Songs for Lovers" has beautiful renditions of jazz standards/ballads.
