I was listening to podcast no. 43 at about 1:17 thinking this is pretty good, but not sure which track I was on. Probably too much work but thought I'd mention it!

That's a big shame, although understandable as I know they cost you quite of money a lot to do.

Could you maybe do them more infrequently? They've grown a lot in length (ooer, missus) and frequency, so maybe drop them back to 45 mins and do them less often?

That's very kind of you, would need a few to chip in though, costing around £60 per podcast for tracks every 2 weeks

So if you made the podcast a monthly thing, and only 45-60 mins rather than the 2 hours they've become, that would cut your costs quite significantly. And if you can get donations too then even better.

I know you enjoy doing them and that people enjoy hearing them, so I was just throwing that out as an idea.

Ouch! Is there another way of hosting the mixes? Could some sort of subscription be set up - is it really £120 a month or am I reading that wrong?

Rob's major costs are purchasing the music he uses, rather than the hosting. Hence my suggestion.
