Fall Out Boy is back for 2013!

Fall Out Boy - Light Em Up

I am so happy they are back, and I think if you are a certain age group and grew up listening to them in 2005 era then Fall Out Boy will never get old. Look it up on Youtube if you like 'em.
Ok - I'm always a bit late starting to follow bands. Recently figured out that I like pretty much all of Fall Out Boy's singles, without realising they were all song by the one group - so downloaded the 4 most recent albums. Save Rock & Roll is stunning - just brilliant. My Songs Know What you Did in the Dark (Light Em Up) and The Phoenix are superb. Infact the 11 music video's filmed to create the story around the album are also great, if slightly bonkers.

Centuries from the latest album (American Beauty/American Psycho) is also good.

Some no nonsense rock

Motorhead: Overkill - one of the best beginnings (and 3x endings) of any song ever.

And if Guns & Roses did Motorhead:
Motorhead: Dancing on Your Grave
If you didn't know this track Motorhead would NOT have been the thought after the first bars,

regards,
Jet

The Pogues version of "the band played waltzing Matilda". Quite poignant for today. Centenary of the massacre St Gallipoli.

Someone else here listening to 'The Band Played Waltzing Matilda' but the original Eric Bogle version. Saw him play at an outback winery a few years ago, I didn't realise how many had covered it until a bit of YouTube homework.
