Someone else here listening to 'The Band Played Waltzing Matilda' but the original Eric Bogle version. Saw him play at an outback winery a few years ago, I didn't realise how many had covered it until a bit of YouTube homework.
It a great song when sung with feeling.

My son has covered it too smile

No, I think it's on band camp, but it's sort of a sound art project and the lyrics are spoken. I will try and locate a link, I can't ask junior at the moment as he is in West Africa doing humanitarian work.

Ive put another of Public Service Broadcasting's songs in here, but 'Go!' is coming up for release so I'll put that here as well. Not usually my type of music, but this album is fantastic and does a really good job of telling the story of space exploration. Listen to it in order for the full experience.

Terrible video (seemed they couldn't make up their which one of three they actually wanted to shoot.) but a song that seems very apt with the events that are coming this week.

My favourite Hot Chocolate song, I remember it on TOTP at my Aunty Nancy's house when it first came out, she had a colour telly! eek

This is a rather doleful, but respectful cover I have always liked (vocal starts at about 1 min 37 secs) biggrin

The Sisters covering Errol, a nice combination wink Errol was a fine song writer, RIP.
