I Adore the Gaslight Anthem. All four of their albums are great.

because my eldest son has got into Newcastle University. Truly the gods are looking down on us today; the effort (not by him) to get him through school (we took him out for a gap year after GCSEs) has been very considerable and I thought I would be spending today battling through the UCCAS clearing system.

Wasn't sure about it upon first impressions but it's grown on me like a ravenous mutant tumour. Good album, red violins is a personal favorite and have mercy is just such a beautiful song. Exactly, precisely, the right song for this morning.

Not a single song, but this set from Above and Beyond is fantastic. I remember bits of it, so thank god someone filmed it!! If you love A+B's music, or hands in the air trance then this will be for you.
