My first Foo Fighters live experience didn't disappoint and we were right at the back of the stadium! The energy they put into the performance is mind-blowing. Will definitely be seeing them again.

Did anyone who saw them yesterday drive? If so where did you park please?

Westfields Stratford, 10 minute walk and £9 for the day. We booked 24 hours in advance. It took 90 minutes to get out of it though.

You lot made it murder getting off at Stratford last night, that and the signal failure at Mile End had me walking home. hehe

What a night. I can barely talk this morning. On of my first foo fighters gigs and probably one of the best I've ever been to. Dave is an absolute fking legend and Taylor on the drums is unreal!

Can't wait for next time!!!!

Hadn't seen the Foos live for 12 years after the debacle of the Hyde Park gig, but took a chance and went with a few friends last night. OMFG so worth it, totally back to form and thankfully they no longer butcher Everlong at the end smile Utterly brilliant show.

How bad were the support acts though?! Starcrawler were led by a coked up Lady Gaga impersonator (how she didn't get a smack from the crowd when trying to kiss them covered in blood I've no idea), Slaves were ace but the joke went on about 20 mins too long, and holy heck The Kills are the single most boring act I've ever seen live. And I've seen Elbow live, just to put that into context.

I enjoyed Frank Carter and The Rattlesnakes but Wolf Alice seemed totally uninterested in being there.

I went to the Manchester gig, and echoing what everyone else has said - they were utterly superb!

We didn't arrive in time to see either of the support acts, but we weren't too fussed anyway so it sounds like we didn't miss much there. One of our party had never been to a 'proper' gig before, so it's safe to say he was truly spoiled haha

For anyone that is interested, Radio X recorded the Manchester gig and aired it on Sunday evening.
