This track by Rush was apparently the track that hi-fi shops used to demo stereos back in the 80's because of the massive bass sounds coming from the synths at around the one minute mark. Add to that the fact the rest of the sounds in the song focus on strong treble and upper mids sounds and you've got a real test for the speakers; faithfully reproducing the lower frequencies whilst maintaining clarity in the upper register.

Dubstep & Dnb

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0RuJhOFaUs&fea... - DnB

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZ8tVdC22s4 - Dark DnB

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QfNnkHK0OYw - Dubstep

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSjLkkN-Ni8&fea... - Dubstep

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvJsf6M5_LU&fea... - Dubstep - Word of warning the intro is deceptively quiet!!!!!!!!! **dont turn it up until the drop at 40 seconds**

Heavy metal / Scremo / Hardcore etc etc - I know its not everyones taste but the bass can suprise you! Often on the breakdowns there are 808 drops (or bass drops) ive put where the bass drops are so you can skip if you dont enjoy the song itself.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7bo9nM_OMXc - Deathcore - Bass drop at 3m 54s

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STHwPfLd1MU - Heavy metal - Bass throughout but drops at 45s and 1m 42s

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5HZzt7_xuk - Post Hardcore Electro - Bass from 4m 9s to the end

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ni-GmVWS_cM - Heavy metal / Screamo / Deathcore - Bass drop at 2m 25s
