I know. Holy Thread Ressurection Batman! But I guess this is where the Rush fans dwell.

Watched the Rush doco, Beyond the Lighted Stage, on Netflix early this morning. Great footage of their early years taking us right up to 2010.

I never knew about the tragedy that befell Neil Peart the drummer. Just awful. Happened in 1998, lost his daughter and his partner within a year so went on a long motorcycle ride for over a year to try to make sense of it all.

He wrote a book about it which I downloaded this morning.

Ghost Rder, Travels on the Healing Road.

Since he wrote a lot of their lyrics it'll be a good read if you are a fan of the band.

Looks like the new DVD is mainly about the R40 tour.

I love the Beyond the Lighted Stage documentary - probably the best film of its type I've seen.
