Club lounge was a hovel.

"Goodie Bag" was three magazines and a paper.

Staff were uninformed and hence led us astray. Indeed, latterly, I found them 'cheeky'.

Club area at the "Live Arena" left much to be desired. A couple of (plastic) glasses of warm champagne - pathetic.

"Paddock Pass" is all very well unless nobody has a clue how to get to the paddock.

Driver's signing at the same time as the "Live Arena" show??? (not something I was interested in but the missus mentioned it).

If this is offered next year, my advice would be not to bother.

The rest of the show was good though. Excellent day. Didn't know I needed a carbon fibre helmet - too late now. wink

Rob!

You know how it is! If I ever have to come down to Englandshire, I try to get outta there pronto.

It'd have been good to have shaken yer hand though.

I toyed with the idea of placing an order for an "Eleven" today. The one there looked the boocks.

I'm still in Brum if you're around.

Cheers,

Aye sorry, that's two times £95 (£190) 'cos I wasn't offered the BOGOF deal.

Shocking.

Hey Eric

Was just down for the day, so back in Bolton now.

211 - I presume you mean the red/blue one on the Lotus Stand, not the black/yellow one on the Yoko Stand? I thought the red one looked stunning, but I'm not into trailering my "track" car around UK to various circuits, so a 211 is unlikely to ever be on my personal shopping list (unless I wiln the Lottery etc!).

Thought the line of EVOs was impressive too - those were the days, eh? biggrin

Quite a few of us are doing a Bookatrack day at Donington on 27th Feb (a rare "unsilenced" day), so if you fancy a trip down South......... wink

I didn't see any use for this pass at all. Did I miss something, like the paddock!?

Seemed a bit of a waste of money to me.
