Public Rights of Way, just the same as anywhere else in the UK, so assuming that the bobble hatted ones don't want it all closed is the first mistake...

OK...
Let's see where we all are.
Jason, has the Jimny gone?
Other potential attendees still attending?
I'll have 2 kids with me as well, so this will be a family type trip, starting 10ish, ending in time for a late lunch

Finances all in order, I'm a definite.
Had a wheel bearing issue, but it appears to be sorted, so yes. And I'll see your 2 kids, and raise you 2 more and a wife. So yes a real family outing.
All we need now is a meeting time and place.

Am currently in Dubai without access to maps, so have mailed Jason to ask him to set a start location.
No worries on the family front, hopefully we'll end at a time suitable to head somewhere for a Sunday lunch so the kids have that to look forward to!!

Good News, and Bad News ... Bad news is that I have a chap comming to view (with a bag of cash) on Saturday, so if he is happy, intends to do a deal on my Suzuki... so Im probably not going to have a vehicle for sunday. Im trying to source a lift out with another friend who has a Shogun and if he is available, then well take his. Good news though, I have just been speaking to Range control and there is no scheduled live firing or active exercises being run on the training area this weekend. They did say though that there may be a large amount of "heavy" vehicle movement across the central training area, but the Red Flags should be down (unless last minute changes are implimented) and the Byways will be open. Given the direction everyone is comming from, the best place to meet is probably going to be "C" Charlie crossing, where we all stopped before. 'C' Crossing (Charlie) is located about 2 miles north of the Countess roundabout on the A345 just south of Netheravon. http://www.google.co.uk/maps?ll=51.212553,-1.78110...Ill be comming from Andover, and if I cannot get a ride, Ill bring the shed and leave it somehwere in Amesbury and jump in with anyone that has a spare seat

Well, this bottle of JD next to me seems to be getting annoyingly less full as time goes on, so I vote for anytime other than early - i.e lunchtime would probably suit, about 12???
