I can't believe that Jeep Club has closed down - MASSIVE shame. it was starting to become a really great community for UK-based Jeep owners, with some great banter and an increasing number of events....
Can we perhaps carry on keeping in touch here for the forseeable..?? - If you're a Jeep-Clubber can you post on this thread..???
Cheers - Rich

Sorry to see it go, the owners must have put so much time in to it. Good News, http://www.jeep-club.co.uk became live a few hours ago due to Jeepclub closing down.

Cheers - Rich Bugger - I was just about to jump on there now I'm putting my feet up having spent a couple of days working on the Jeep! There are better Jeep forums in the UK. Always have been. Maybe one of the reasons it hasn't worked out.....

It is a real shame it has closed, great bunch of folk. Now that my son is probably old enough to enjoy off-roading I was planning to get back into Jeepclub this year (did a number of events in 2002-2004). Went on to the site this morning to re-register and found the closed page!
Looks like I'll have to remove the large Jeepclub stickers from the Cherokee now...

That is a shame, had a couple of irons in that particular fire - was away to post a build thread as I'm currently lifting my XJ and I'd made contact with a handful of other Jeep owners in this NE part of Scotland. J33P.org doesn't seem to very busy forums, guess I'll hang out at Birty's and the US-based CherokeeForum.com.

You'll get plenty info, help and friendly banter on either JeepJunkies or Birty Dastards forums. Birty's is unusual as there is very little moderation, spades are called spades, as opposed to 'flat bladed digging tools' lol. I picked up a few of my mods of JeepJunkies. Great bunch of folk on both forums.
