This is a bit confusing. Last service I had my spanner man change the diff and tranfer box fluids using the correct Mopar spec oils.
Are you saying that this additive should have been used as well, or only if you experience a problem ?
Do you have Quadradrive?

I don't know if it was standard on all Overlands, but it was an optional extra on all other 2.7's (only standard on the petrol versions).

If you have (Quadradrive), then you will have Vari-lock front and rear axles and so need to additive.

I want to search for this "4play" shop but I'm worried the Google search results may be.. inappropriate. Does he have a website?
You should have heard the comments from 'Goods In' last time I ordered fluids from 4 play wink

Linky

Be warned - Greg's a cracking bloke and knows his stuff but can talk the hind legs off a donkey biggrin

ETA - the above comment relates to the fact that they do not have a direct web sales system - you need to call and pay over the phone.
On the plus side, he only displays on his website what he physically has in stock.

Shame they dont seem to be selling the Addco rear sway bars for the GC.
The yanks seem to swear by them as a "must do" upgrade.
I'll be ordering mine from the states, but the shipping is a bit steep !

If you're looking at buying from the US then try

www.summitracing.com

They have a 10 day lead time on the Addco kits, but the prices are good and they have some fantastic prices on shipping, I've got an 86lb (39kg) box heading from them to Dubai filled with parts and the shipping cost was $360 for a 3 day service.

Be careful though, their website just seems to encourage spending money, this is my second large order in a week!

Yep Summitt racing was the site I looked at.
I'll have to go back and check, but the sway bar + 2 new greasable bushes (recommneded) + thier shipping method which also includes import taxes came in around £200 (ish) when I looked last week. (I think they take paypal)

If we had a couple of guys here that wanted to place an order I supose we could contact them and ask about a reduced shipping cost ?

From their website today :

Sway bar (P/N:ACO-684) $156.59
Energy suspension $15.95
Bush kit
(P/N:ENS-9-5161G)

i-parcel delivery $121.87 ($80 delivery + $40 duty)
inc taxes

TOTAL Dollars $306.36

Exchange rate
£1 = $1.60

TOTAL Pounds £192.00 by my man maths.

The only saving is from the $80 delivery, but they would only ship to one address, then we need to split the delivery over here and pay to ship to our own address.
Dont think there would be anything in it for the extra work would there ????

You may want to think about fitting a set of these to the rear lower control arms......

poly bush

The difference these made to the ride quality and handling was astounding - and that's without poly bushing anything else.
£160 for 4 poly bushes seems expensive in the extreme ??

Expensive, but worth it for the improvement to the drive.
(mind you they have gone up a bit since last year)

Wasn't it Polybush that had their offices and warehouse burnt down last year?

Nope I'm taling the lower radius links that connect axle to body. ARB links for the rear were £31 each from Terry.
