It's Desert Challenge time again next week and the prologue is this weekend.

If your bored come down and say hi. I will be there with Newtrix racing, car no 326.

The prologue is on Saturday with first car off at 1500 and should be finished by 1600. It's at Yas Marina circuit, near the DU arena / Hotels.

Are they going round the Yas circuit on Saturday then?

For once I have no golf planned this weekend, will see if I can get a pass to pop down.

Do we get pit access like at DA?

I assume it is pretty spectator friendly?

If I go up it will be an excuse to dig my camera gear out and use it

Typically, the first time I've been able to get time off anywhere near the Desert Challenge week, and I have to go home to get married.

Hahaha, one day!

Well that is the documentation done and dusted. The bikes get their technical inspection at 8am tomorrow!. Richard on the other hand doesn't have the car inspection until 11am.

Well the 2 riders are doing well and all is good. Bad news for the Barkers though (and hence Richard) as they rolled the car yesterday. They are fine but the car is not looking good.

What numbers are the competitors you are all involved with?

I'll see if I have any photos from Sat.

I'll have a look see if I got them.

Was hoping for a jump on the SSS, no such luck and 80% of them looked like they were out for a casual Sunday cruise!
