I just want to replace the ste I have on the roof. Spent thousands getting them repaired by useless " engineers" and they last 5 minutes.

Do you rent or own?

If former then how well do you get on with LL, if they are that bad they need replacing then it's major maintenance, on the LL's head.

too replace the st on the roof you have to replace the st on the inside and the pipe work. otherwise just replace the st on the roof with new generic st.

Nick - what units have you got? Will ask my friend who runs an A/C company.
