Wiggle order

I'm going to put in a Wiggle order tomorrow evening (Tuesday) for some cycle bits, usually takes a few weeks. If anyone in Dubai would like anything ordered on their behalf then let me know. Postage shared by value unless we go over the free delivery threshold...

I'd be interested to know how you get on, delivery times etc.

I usually just pick things up when back in the UK but I've around 6 months before my next planned visit (after a quick visit next week) so that won't be an option.

FYI, I've heard some stories of people having deliveries held at customs in UAE if the shipment includes energy gels, tablets etc. Don't know if there's a large risk of it happening but something to be aware of.

I've only done one previous order from Wiggle before the summer and it took about 15 days, though I paid a little extra for their tracked courier service. Everything arrived ok except for a small scruff on a white saddle (which came off) and Wiggle gave me an additional discount in compensation without quibble. I guess customs are always a lottery but based on my last experience it seemed to go smoothly enough. HTH

FWIW my order from chain reaction arrived in 3 working days. only problem being they don't stock the saddle i want.

3 working days is indeed impressive from CR, the wife is ordering some Wiggle own brand DHB clothing so I'll have to stick with them this time. I double checked my last order timings and it was actually 10 delivery which at the time I did not think was too bad.
