Rabbits?!

I have noticed a load of rabbits on the outside lawn of the Jumeirah palaces, specifically the one before Sheikh Mohammed's palace. They seem very well behaved and I haven't seen a squashed one in the road yet. Does anyone know why they're there?

They're only out in the evenings. I have no idea how/when they're collected.

As someone mentioned, maybe they're play toys for the falcons or dogs ;-)

I'm happy to believe it's for falconry. Shame I never saw one being eaten though!
