Yup they do, use them all the time for DVD's/CD's.Depends what you are ordering, either select as mentioned above international sellers on the list, or just check amazon only as the seller and they will deliver.
Shop and Ship is an alternative however if you post direct from amazon you save the VAT, if you ship to S&S in the UK you don't.

You can get stuff from Amazon anywhere, but im not sure how much VAT/Tax savings other countries give for shipping abroad. Germany is about 19% I think, I have ordered from the US a couple of times but used shop and ship but be careful with region zones.The trick on the CD's/DVD's is to get them all on one shipment so saves postage, but yes it does save a fortune especially on Blu Rays and CD's which are a ridiculous price in the UAE, plus are edited to bits.
You can claim the VAT/Tax back from Amazon if you use shop&ship.
Once you collect/receive your item, just request the airway bill from shop&ship through the live chat or contact bit on their website, they will send it to you usually within an hour.
Now contact Amazon through live chat asking how to claim the tax back, they will give you an email address and all you then do is send them the airway bill and they will refund the VAT/tax. This works for items only sold and fulfilled by Amazon on any of their websites, and not for stuff being sold by other sellers to the best of my knowledge.

I'm in Qatar and unfortunately there's not much Amazon will deliver directly and what little they do seems to have an extortionate cost for postage, hence why I found out about claiming VAT back while ordering through S&S.Edited by 147GTA on Saturday 18th April 16:44

That's a bit annoying, wonder why they wont ship much to Qatar! UAE is pretty flexible delivery wise and the postal costs are normally give or take within a couple of quid of S&S.Edited by 147GTA on Saturday 18th April 16:44

What makes the cost worse is that they don't do the standard delivery service to Qatar for anything other than books and CDs/DVDs where as they do for the UAE, no idea why.For anyone interested all the information regarding shipping rates is here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.h...
