Pars has closed ?!

Why has Pars in Satwa closed ? Sign across the entrance is all in Arabic. Taxi driver was no help ! My favourite restaurant when visiting ! The other Pars in the mall simply doesn't compete....

No idea, went there last week. All closed up. Last time I went was before last Christmas, Trying to find out if it's re-opening.

I recall going there in the height of summer and asking for a table inside..

Great place and I am sure it will be back when the weather cools..true Dubai institution that place!

I just had a chat with the owner (or one of the owners I suspect) of Pars this morning, who I work with.

I was asking him (due to this thread) if it was closed, and he said not at all. I asked if it had been closed recently and he said no. Are we talking about the same Pars? The one round the back of the H-Hotel?
