Owner's done a runner, Office is closed, having been through a similar scam a few years ago there is going to be a lot of money disappeared from unsuspecting owners and renters

Smith has been in LA for a while, they had some strife back end of last year apparently which lead to them going to S&K rather than Smith and Ken.

By most accounts his bro was POA and has cleared the lot out, I've heard circa 50 million aed from a few sources.
