Quad biking (for visitors) - any suggestions?

Some friends are coming at Christmas and we wanted to do a decent quad biking experience. Not a trundle around but rather a proper hoon- what a PH'er would expect I that helps!

Any suggestions would be great. If anyone on here of the other forums operates such a business, then would of course prefer to give them the business
