Not being sold as far as I'm aware. The company rents the villas from their perspective owners on a a long term basis normally at least 5yrs. The rents are obviously up for renewal and the company now owns 1500 villas so why pay someone else's mortgage.

It's a lot of 3-4 bedroom villas in established areas. That has to good for those looking for rentals as apparently there are a lot of people leaving Dubai at the moment.
