As the title says whats the best way to get rid of the mess that the Salik tag leaves when you remove it?

At my disposel I have atoglym fast glass, tar remover, bug and insect remover and a UAE ID card.

Hair dryer may be an issue due to accessibility to a plug socket.

So ideas as I'm getting neck ache as one as at the top of windscreen and other is on sunroof.

Hope that your windscreen develops a massive crack and has to be replaced. Was the only way I could get rid of the damn tag.
