Do any Dubai residents play?

We have a UK credit card so thought of purchasing a ticket occasionally online.

Or do you have to be a UK resident to qualify for winnings?

I believe you have to be physically in the UK to buy a ticket. If you reside in Dubai there's nothing stopping you buying a ticket as long as you're in the UK, on holiday for example, but it's a long way to go on holiday for a lottery ticket 😂

Last time I checked the site was blocked, so you would need a vpn to access.

This. If I buy a ticket on my phone and I'm not connected to a wi-fi network it asks me to confirm that I'm in the UK.

Even with a VPN I cant get into my account now, it knows I'm outside the UK. Iplayer is the same.
