I'm IT and Comms within O&G yes, but this upcoming project is Dubai based.

Most companies out here are moving away from the traditional expat packages and are offering just a salary. Our company offer very similar salaries to the UK office salaries but include full health for the whole family and no tax. Depending on your level they will also offer an accommodation loan, but this is certainly not available to all staff. We have found it cheaper to live here than the UK.
