There is a shop just outside mirdiff which sells them, all the razor models (2 & 4 seaters) and even the snowmobile type sand bikes! The shop is next to the 44 and 63 junction beside the fiat 500 showroom. The 2 seater models start at 75k, however you can buy the same without engine from dragonmart for 16k.

Power with what you say?? R1 or busa engine!! POWER!!!! .... over the dune into a big sandy fiery death, or a camel, or a land cruiser.

We just started selling some buggies but they are horrendously over priced!! For the same money you could buy a really good s/h 4X4.
