I had a look in that shop in Ibn Battuta...but was looking at the Recaro kids car seats.

Dhs1000 more than they are in the UK, and that is only Dhs600. Thats 3 times the bloody price!!

Won't be getting slot cars from there then.

I'm going to join in for the next one if that's ok. I need to get over my fear of meeting men off the internet - it's ages since the 'deliverence' incident anyway...

We watched the film 'I love you, man' the other night; it's about a bloke who needs to meet men because he has no mates to join his wedding party. I'm married, and have a full house of friends in the UK.......but my wife basically said "That's you, that is."

Time to get out!

Thanks to Hitch78 for letting me know abotut the Middle East forum. Will keep an eye on it to see what guys in the region are up to.

Re. a meet. Will also keep a watch to see what date is decided on. A few things in June/July but depending on which weekend is chosen I will hopefully manage to make it along.
