http://www.donington-park.co.uk/events/2012/10/13/...As is my new weekly thing to meet and view the wonderful people on here.  So, the masters in a week, not been to this one before either - although the timetable looks absolutely mouth watering! As per usual then; anyone on here spectating/competing?

Yep it will be another great Masters and i will be there racing in a Chevron B8 in the WSM race Sunday morning, come and say hello.

Seems a long way from those glorious days in the late 1990s when I saw you tearing up the tracks in a Tyrrell 022 Grand Prix car in BOSS! One of my favourite racing moments was watching you and Johan Rajamaki battling for outright circuit record honours at Mallory in 1997. I bet there are more overtakes in Funcup though! Dan - give me a shout and we'll hook up. I might even try to get the Exige fixed up and back on the road specially.

I'll be there as usual marshalling. Need to order some PH badges for my overalls and a cap.
I was covering the grid last time they visited Donington which was a fantastic experience, and the noise, I must remember to take my ear plugs just in case I don't get issued with a radio headset.
Hope I'm on a decent post so I can get to the paddock at lunchtime.

eta - Well, I would order some badges and a cap but the shop doesn't do them anymore. Oh well, you wont know who I am, just one of the many dressed in orange.

Is that the same Ford Fairlane which has done such sterling work in the Continent in recent years?
