Squizz, I'll be nice to you and try not to lap you ! The series is eceltic and the drivers talented and respectful. 5hit happens at times but it's not intentional. I've entered Donny and Oulton after a summer break enforced by family happenings and club events.
Is Hugo still wearing the Green Tweed Jacket ?
Much appreciated, but I can certainly imagine being lapped by it at Donny. We top out around 135mph. Besides, it's all good by way of trying to persuade Karen to buy a Porsche instead. Part of the reason for joining the CSCC and racing with them is the glorious mix of cars. We've enjoyed a couple of meetings now and the driving has always been respectful. Hugo has been sporting a club fleece lately. (Suddenly got a flashback of Jessie from the Fast Show). "This week, I are bin mostly wearing...".
Need some new tyres by Donny, ours are all rather 50p shaped at the moment. D'oh!

David, are you going to enter the "New Millenium" race at Donington as well? A potential new series for more modern cars (tell your friends with GT3 Cup cars!!) but older cars such as those in Modern Classics will be eligible for a second race too. The RSR will do well I'd have thought.Karen & Rich's adventures at Donny: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HX8zNHrRa6w
A hose blew off the BOV during Karen's stint which dropped max boost down a bit robbing us of some power. A great pit stop helped us claw back time against Carl's Audi TT. (Although if Karen had pulled up where she was supposed to it would have been quicker!).
I made a visit to the scenery at Redgate. Looks like our new softer compound tyres go off nicely in the 2nd stint. Also had a little interaction with John Atherton's Porsche 944 which came as a surprise but no harm done to either party and all discussed amicably afterward. Good result for him on his first race.
Congratulations to Neville on his 2nd place overall in the Vectra. Awesome.

It's a recurrance in a different form of the Brands Clutch problem. My car came with a Carbonetic Clutch, these are no longer available and CTR tried to repair it but it did not work so I'll have to bite the bullet and do the whole lot, ouch !!
Watched the race from the embankment at Redgate, some great battles going on throughout the field. I looked at your video now and see what you mean re almost contact, bit like Hamilton and Nico !!!!!

New engine next year and new rear diff , hopefully it wont all blow up when being run in.
Hope the impreza is running next year too.
Sorry that happened. We were really looking forward to a decent tussle with you and Carl's Audi TT. I think Carl may have had issues at Donny as well. Here's hoping we're all running in fine fettle for next year.New engine next year and new rear diff , hopefully it wont all blow up when being run in.

Two black big-winged 4x4 turbo cars on track together racing? What could possibly go wrong? :-)

Had some nice racing with a 968 and two Porsche Boxters.
Hoping to be out at Snetterton, albeit in the Puma Cup / Tin Tops race, racing with my dad in the Ford Puma.
