No Millington, I'm afraid. Not this side of a lottery win, anyway! It's a cooking spec Nova GTE 8v engine with Weber 45s.

Hi guys. I'm a team member of BW Racing and took part in a few races in 2015. I've also filmed our progress too, but have now finished a short end of season vid. It features all the CSCC races we entered along with Motorsport at the palace and a single round entry at time attack.

So sit back, crank that sound up and enjoy....

Because CSCC runs a series of races rather than championships I'm fairly sure there are no such things as results tables; tsl is the only open source of results I think

Excellent! Thanks for posting. Really enjoyed that, especially the Ferrari quote. :-)

Hope you guys will be back with us in 2016?

you cant use full wets. cant even cut extra treads into a tyre that is allowed to be used. nic olson won the first race at spa in 2014 and got kicked out post race. i know because hugo told me what was and wasnt allowed as he gave me the trophy as i inherited the win. it was a shame for nic as you could cut the grooves in a couple of years before. i use michelin cup 2s wet or dry, very good tyre gets my old girl round ok

Hurrah! Our plans for this coming season are now underway. We have an engine rebuild with forged internals in progress, strapped to which will be an MD321H turbo and larger injectors. The Alcatek/Simtek ECU is going to be remapped accordingly with a goal of 400bhp+. We've also got dog-box internals for our 5 speed transmission. Karen's car should be transformed into a fire-breathing monster that'll hopefully enable us to crash the BMW/Porsche-fest. ;-)

I see that the £33M winning lottery ticket was bought in Worcester; it must have been you and Karen!!!

Glad I didn't buy the Subaru now!

That £33M might come in handy. Would have covered our expenses and some change! Reminds me, I'd best upgrade the brakes too. D'oh!

You'll have a ton of fun in the 'scort. :-)

Woof (JM) has signed up for the London Marathon, raising money for WWF (not the wrestlers wink) and Alzheimers Research if anyone would like to donate? I probably shouldn't mention it as he's missing Snetterton as a result! Good luck JM.

Is it safe to assume that anything that can run in Future Classics can run in Modern Classics, given it's built before the 1999 cut-off?

That should be the case, and the reason why the regs were written to be "up to 1999" rather than being "from 1990-99". It's also why the classes were arranged with different capacity splits to Future Classics, eg MC has a class split of 1800-2500 and 2500-3200cc whilst FC has a 2000-3000 and 3000-? Class split, and this was designed so that older cars of, say, 2.2 or 2.5 litres could race somewhere and be competitive in a class, even if they were from the FC generation.

'ello.

Whilst considering the costs of work on our Impreza versus preparing a new car I'd considered a Nissan Skyline R32 GTR (1988-1994). Then spotted the 2.5L limit for 4WD turbocharged cars in Class C. The R32 GTR was a 2.6L. So it was ruled out.

Do we fear Godzilla that much? ;-)

Shame, as a replica of this would look mighty good...

Can race in Future Classics. I am surprised that one hasn't appeared.
