I've been singing the series praises
I guess Brands will be very interesting with our 30sec penalty and a novice as my co driver - that will be a another 30sec penalty That will mix it up alot - does the 2nd & 3rd place get penalties as well ?

Engine is in the workshop - so fingers crossed it's back in the car for the 6th May !

No, but the penalities are cumalitive , so 30 secs plus another win becomes 1 min and so on upwards. Last year however for various reasons none of us won more than once so at the end it evened out.

I think a win at Brands will be very unlikely for us

23 entered for Brands Hatch on mon 6 May, as it stands at the moment. Room for a few more but pretty pleased with that.

Not got my paperwork with me - but just about 32 runners in every race.

Superb! I go to most meets at brands but have some friends coming on monday whose motorsport experience is a bit less, so i'm hoping the racing is as good as it normally is.

Really disappointed that I am not going to be there but unfortunately I have to work all weekend to help a client meet a deadline. It's phenomenal that the modern classics series has so many entries at this stage - I hope that you all enjoy the racing and I look forward to seeing you out next time.
