MSV Team Trophy & Trackday Trophy 2014

Hi guys just wondering if anyone could help me out, with working out if my new car is eligible for TT and/or TDT?
It's an Alfa Romeo GT 1.9 JTD (turbo diesel) current power output is ~250bhp and it weighs 1160kg plus driver. I know of a few formulae I could enter it into, just wondering if it's even nearly eligible for the above?

Hey TAHodgson,

Working with a theoretical FWD transmission loss of 15% (assuming the figure youre quoing is power at the flywheel?) and you weigh 75kg your power to weight ratio would be approx 172bhp/ton which would stick you nicely near the top of Class B in either the Team Trophy or Trackday Trophy.

Looks like good fun and pretty close to me. Anyone fancy having a go? Could do a TT/TD race or practice (Ive never done Donnington or Oulton Park). Im happy to organise something and Im sure we could get a few freebees thrown in?!

It's just a glorified playstation game. Plus some people get really motion sick on them. Still it was fun to go once.

Myself and a good friend have just registered for the Team Trophy.

We both run Clio Cups and are entered as single drivers so 60 minutes will be a good slog!

We're in class B I think, should be fun...

I'm In for TT on Saturday in S class but it's tight as the car is still in the shop with ECU wiring gremlins! Hopefully will be mapped and power tested today/tomorrow.

Yeah it's very tight. The car is running but there was an issue with no throttle pedal signal which I am told this morning is now fixed. I will be very happy when they ring me and say it's all done and mapped and ready to collect

Don't forget 36 mm restrictor for turbo cars !!!
