No chance, a baffoon like this is probably so ignorant of the consequences of his actions its not going to hit until he is in court.

Prediction...

My money is on him walking out of the court. It will be either painting fences or suspended sentence.

A Kent Police spokesman said: “21-year-old Jack Cottle of Durgates, Wadhurst, has been charged with causing a public nuisance at Brands Hatch on June 14. He is due to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on September 22.”
Today's the day.

I wonder if any of the racers or organisers are attending?

No, we're all getting ready for Anglesey this coming weekend. As time passes, I would be happy showing the lad what goes on behind the scenes so he gets an understanding of the "action-reaction" that happened that day... Or am I being soft?? not sure, but I would be happy to do something, who knows, maybe that would stick with him better than a bking from some old JP.

I've been checking the news still nothing popping up yet.

if MSV have Ms Fisk on their side id say its going to be a bad day for the accused, in this article (daily fail) she seems to make out like it was against her will....kidnap? TWOC?

That's an interesting development, which means that the Magistrates feel that if he is found guilty then the likely sentence is beyond their powers, which I think, for them, is a max of 6 months imprisonment or a £5000 fine. Serious stuff!

If he gets considerably more than a bking (which he hopefully will), he would do well to accept your kind offer. smile

Maybe I'm being an old git but shirley if you're in trouble and going to court you'd a least wear a suit, even if it's a River Island 'my first court appearance' special?!
This bloke really is quite odd

Don't panic too much, he has to be found guilty first.

Yes but some of us think going to court isn't the best thing to happen in your life, to this p1key scum It's probably routine.

Easy to get associated with the company you keep. She's not the first, nor will she be the last, young filly to fall into that trap. I suspect her parents were well chuffed - not!
