Apparently he was dared to do it by his friends - easily led - just not by his girlfriend screaming at him to stop. Are his defence team gambling on the video not being shown in Court? Seems a bit of a long shot.
If he plead guilty, at what point can the video be shown? As long as the judge accepts his plea, it's straight to sentencing, is it not?

As you can tell, I got all my courtroom experience from Crown Court from back in the 70s and Boston Legal smile.

Ouch! Good, though. Wonder how long he's actually going to be locked up for?

pleasantly surprised!

with luck, 4 months actually inside might change his attitude (might being a vain hope)

You mean that you hope bubba will fk him up good, instead of the more likely option that he will be in his cell in an open prison with his 85" widescreen tv and xbox 1, being feed lobster, etc.

Cause its a cushy life in the holiday camps.

Although he's a complete one of those I do wonder how that compares to people who burgle your home and seem to escape prison?

I am sure some of the celebrity sex offenders got not much more than that.

I would have thought a massive fine and community service would have been enough to wipe the smile off his face.

At the end of the day nobody got too hurt from his foolish prank.

I guess i'd better get my nomex on ! I'm normally quite harsh on this sort of folk and it was stupid. But it wasn't malicious as such, just ill thought out. YOLO he posted afterwards, I think that sums it up. Dumbo does wrong. No need for a prison sentence though.

PS I live in his locality so have more likelyhood of meeting him and his ego, even so though ....

I think for all us racers, if we wanted to keep the sport sensible and not have to be posted on to the circuit through a barbed wire fence, some kind of an example had to be set or every Tom, Dick and Harry would have been doing it.

Have to agree that burglars deserve more than they get. An amputation of increasing significance every time they get caught ought to do it!

Just seen those idiots that invaded a pitch during a Spurs game for a promo stunt only got a small fine
Not that I give a st about football but you would think they would have got a lot more than that ?!

Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court fined them £155 each.

Proportionate to the threat they posed, I guess.
