Outstanding meeting I thought - best rallycross I have seen at Croft for some years . If not as utterly brilliant as 80s Rallycross GPs were .Very very impressed with young lad driving Citroen Ax -Daniel Rooke . Terrific car control; budget permitting he should go places.

His harassment of Gary Simpson's M3 was terrific - and that move to win on the last corner was awesome (see below). I thought Tomasz Wielgosz was superb in the 106 as well - he pulled off a couple of audacious moves on the black top during the heats.

I'm just watching this on Eurosport, and yes that Daniel Rooke was very impressive in the little AX.
