I had an odd thought on the way to work today.

Ive been watching some crashes and noticed that on the side on ones the head whips over to that side and if you have side head restraints on your seat it then bangs into the one on the side of impact. That got me thinking is it better if your going in sideways to brace your head on the side of impact or to keep your head away and then allow your head to hit that side on impact?

Not that I'm panning on executing this maneuver this year smile

I imagine you're probably best off just going all floppy, taking your hands off the wheel and let physics do it's thing.

Why don't you tweet Pastor Maldonado and ask? I'm sure he'd be happy to help =)
