I have tried Aim m10 temp sensors to measure engine oil and coolant temp for my Vbox using the analogue interface module.

The trouble is that the temp sensors have a tiny change in voltage for their working temp range. So much so that they are impossible to calibrate and the resolution of the vbox is such that it equates to 7 degrees temp difference. In addition as I have no alternator, the drop in input voltage over time changes the reading too.

Anyone got a solution to this? Racelogic say try using Op Amps to amplify the voltage change, but I'd rather use a solution someone has developed already rather than get my soldering iron out again.

Cheers
